Кто нить сталкивался с таким что делать переустановить или как ? Будем править. Проверь, не поломали ли тебя. Посмотри списки процессов на предмет подозрительных. Запусти машину в однопользовательском режиме, проверь папки пользователей на наличие спамботов. Может быть имеет смысл почистить очередь "в ноль". (спулы на диске, при остановленном постфиксе) Хинт: лог пишется в файл на диске, там должны быть сообщения об ошибках на этапе старта почтовых сервисов. Тайл -ф  - это не все, что умеет система. Она умеет много больше.

Телнетом или netstat-ом как говорили выше. Потом курить его (амависа) логи. Если не понятно - в студию.
